Holloway Consulting guides and supports people within organisations to create the kind of culture they believe will fit with their strategic direction and their personal passion.

We have the capability and experience to work with the leadership team as they drive and mould the culture of the organisation by their actions. We support the leadership team by:

We start with the leadership team when building culture and so there is a huge overlap between what we offer in terms of leadership and what we do in terms of culture. Most solutions integrate both of these service lines.

Leaders are encouraged to gain insight into the impact their behaviours have on the people within their organisation as explained under the heading of LEADERSHIP.

We can use the Human Synergistics tools called LSI 1 & 2 because they measure what motivates a person’s behaviour.

LSI 1: measures the underlying thoughts and feelings that motivate everything a person says and does. It measures their thinking style and gives insight into their self concept.

LSI 2: measures others perceptions of a persons thinking style and self concept. Others look through their lens of the world and interpret what a person says, how this person says it, what the person does and how the person does it. It gives a person the opportunity to look at themselves though the eyes of others!

We also have a proven framework to provide the structure and discipline the leadership team needs as they embark on this journey. It is a journey to reach “the summit” they define in STRATEGY and we are there as they walk through the chest deep snow to get there – facilitating, guiding, coaching, challenging and nurturing.
